Bankrupt Revolutionary Clinics sues to get inventory returned

Massachusetts’ Revolutionary Clinics is suing to have its Albert Einstone Cannabis products returned to its inventory as the company attempts to settle its debts. Revolutionary Clinics entered receivership in December owing its primary lender $10 million and thousands more in unpaid rent.

The beleaguered cannabis company claims that it manufactured and packaged the Albert Einstone MA (AEM) products at its Fitchburg facility and was solely responsible for the wholesale distribution of the product to third parties. RevClinics, as it’s called in the lawsuit, paid monthly royalties to AEM and retained title and ownership of all the products.

The complaint alleges that on December 7, 2024, individuals entered the Fitchburg facility, removed 905 metric packages of AEM products and brought them to Solar Therapeutics. RevClinics claims that a former employee of the company helped the individuals to take the product and avoid detection. RevClinics claims it reached out to Robert Keller of Solar to arrange for the return of the products. The two parties agreed that the products would be returned on January 14.

However, that day Keller claimed his delivery driver was out sick and that a new solution would be determined. RevClimics alleges that a new delivery date was never determined and Solar never returned the products. The complaint also suggests that Solar has since sold the products or transferred some of the inventory to an unknown third party.

RevClinics is asking the court to make Solar return the products and reimburse it for its legal expenses.

It is important to RevClinics to get the inventory back in hopes it can sell it with the revenues going towards paying some of its bills while it is in receivership.

AEM is mostly known for its product “El Blunto” and according to LinkedIn was established in 2017 in California. That page claims to be available in over 350 dispensaries in California. The AEM website however does not list any locations where the products can be bought. AEM also produces a beverage called Stoneade.
