Richmond County authorities are searching for a woman wanted for questioning after disturbing video evidence surfaced showing two young children, including a 9-year-old boy, smoking vapes, marijuana, cigarettes, and Black & Milds—allegedly while under the supervision of adults.

According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, the incidents occurred in June while the boy was staying with his father, Bernard Broadwater, and Kenya Lee, 32.

The child’s mother told deputies she discovered deleted videos on her son’s phone after he returned home on July 2. The clips reportedly show the two juveniles smoking on multiple occasions, sometimes with an adult voice heard in the background discussing the activity.

The mother provided the evidence to investigators and stated the incidents took place at Broadwater’s residence.

Kenya Lee is now wanted for questioning in the case and has unrelated outstanding warrants with the agency. She is described as 5’1” tall and weighing 150 pounds.
